What we make for you

Product, pack and finish

Every product we make for another brand starts from one of our own formulas, MCT oils and powders we know inside out, with their documents ready. We adapt the formula to your market where it needs it.

The productMCT oil, C899 or 6040, and MCT powder on acacia fibre or tapioca starch. The same grades we sell in bulk, with the same documents.
The packGlass bottles, pouches and canisters from our packaging range, or packaging you send us.
The finishFilling, capping, sealing, labelling, palletising and shrink-wrapping, ready to ship. We print and apply your label, or design one with you.

How a project runs

From brief to delivery

  1. 01BriefTell us the product, the pack, the volume and where it's going.
  2. 02SampleWe send the product with its data sheets and certificate of analysis.
  3. 03Sign-offWe agree the specification, the pack and the label in writing. Nothing is made before that.
  4. 04PilotA first run confirms the product and the pack.
  5. 05ProductionWe produce against the signed specification and keep the batch records and a retained sample of every batch.
  6. 06DeliveryEvery shipment leaves with its certificate of analysis and data sheets.

Packaging material usually takes three to four weeks once the pack is chosen, less if you send your own. Filling and finishing take about a week once product and packaging are in. Minimums depend on the format and are usually about one pallet, for example 1,440 bottles of 500 ml or 3,150 bottles of 250 ml. These are typical figures; every project is planned with you.

Documents

Everything your market asks for

The technical and safety data sheets for every product, and a certificate of analysis for every batch. Each unit carries your label, and each carton and pallet carries the batch code and dates, so every unit can be traced back to its batch. Ask us which certifications your market needs before we start.
