On tapioca starch70% MCT oil, 30% tapioca starchTapioca starch is a plain, clean carrier and an alternative to maltodextrin or sodium caseinate. How we make it

How MCT powder is made

  1. 01MixWe blend the MCT oil and the carrier with water into a stable emulsion.
  2. 02Spray-dryIn our own spray dryer, the emulsion is sprayed into warm air. The water evaporates and the carrier closes around tiny droplets of oil.
  3. 03Sieve and packThe powder is sieved, tested and packed in lined 20 kg bags, and we keep a retained sample of every batch.

Ordering

From sample to pallet

If you'd like to test first, we send a free 100 g sample of each powder, with its certificate of analysis and data sheets. You only pay the courier.

The minimum order is one pallet: 35 bags of 20 kg, 700 kg in all. Orders are usually ready four to six weeks after you confirm them, and we deliver EXW, FOB Laem Chabang or CIF to your port. Each bag carries its batch code, production and expiry dates and origin, plus any labelling your market requires. For your own brand, we also fill pouches and canisters.
