Terms of use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms apply to our websites: neoleaf.co.th, including its manufacturing and products sections, neoleaf-manufacturing.com and neoleaf-products.com. They are run by Neo Leaf Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand (registration 0105568140285). By using the sites you agree to these terms.

Information, not an offer

The sites describe our company, products and services. Nothing on them is an offer to sell. An enquiry or a sample request doesn't create an order or a contract. Prices, quantities, specifications, payment, delivery and warranty apply only as confirmed in a written quotation or contract.

Which document counts

For an order, this order applies: the signed contract or accepted quotation; then the specification agreed for that order; then the technical data sheet current when the order was agreed. A certificate of analysis records the results for one batch; it doesn't change what was agreed. Information on the sites comes last.

Our own range

The products shown in the products section of our sites, wherever they appear, are concepts: developed and tested in our lab, not yet registered for sale or available to order. Descriptions show them as designed and may change before launch.

Not medical advice

Information on the sites is general and about ingredients and products. It is not medical or nutritional advice.

Use of content

Text, images, graphics, logos and other content on the sites belong to Neo Leaf or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other copying, publishing or reuse needs our written permission. NEO·LEAF and our product names are names we use for our business; you may not use them without our permission.

Links

We link to other websites for your convenience. We aren't responsible for the content of sites we don't run.

Liability

We take care that the information on the sites is accurate, but we don't guarantee it is complete or up to date, and we are not liable for loss arising from its use, to the extent Thai law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
