From the source to the finished product
We're a food and nutrition manufacturer in Thailand. We care about where an ingredient comes from, how it's made and who makes it, as much as what ends up in the jar.
You can't fake a good ingredient.
I grew up in the United States, and that's where my interest in health products began: what goes into them, where it comes from, and why some are so much better than others. After a while, buying good products wasn't enough. I wanted to make them. So I went to where the ingredients grow, to the coconut farms of the Philippines, and started there close to a decade ago. From there we grew into what Neo Leaf is today, with our main factory in Thailand, closer to the international ports and to the infrastructure a growing manufacturer needs.
What I learned at the source is that you can't fake a good ingredient. You can see it at the farm, in the oil, and in how it behaves in a finished product.
That's why Neo Leaf works the way it does. We stay close to the people who grow and supply our raw materials, and we keep those relationships for the long run. We want to understand every ingredient we use, not just buy it. Our powders are MCT oil and a fibre or tapioca binder, without fillers or preservatives we don't need, because a clean product starts with clean decisions on the factory floor.
We're a young team, and we like it that way. We ask why things are done the way they are, and sometimes we do them differently. But the standards are old-fashioned: we show customers what's in a product and we show them the paperwork.
I'm still on the factory floor every day, overseeing production and quality control myself. And I develop our own NEO·LEAF range, from the first idea to the finished pack: products we'd be proud to put our own name on.
Some partners come to us for a bulk ingredient, some for a formulation under their own name, some for one of ours. I want each of them to say the same thing about us: they know what they're doing, and they tell you the truth.

Close to a decade of coconut, from farms in the Philippines to a factory in Thailand.
Neo Leaf grew out of close to a decade of coconut work in the Philippines. Our affiliate, IRIE Coconut Products Manufacturing Inc., still supplies raw materials and bulk products such as RBD coconut oil.
In Thailand we built the manufacturing side: a head office in Bangkok and our main factory in Chonburi, close to the international ports, our supply base and Thailand's manufacturing infrastructure. Today we make MCT oils and powders, develop formulations, produce for OEM and private-label customers, and are building the NEO·LEAF range under our own name.
