Our factory
In Chonburi, Thailand, we spray-dry our MCT powders, fill our oils, and test, pack and ship every batch.
Made by the people you talk to.
The team that answers your email is the team that makes your product.
We make, fill and pack in our own facility. Every batch is tested before it leaves, and every result goes on its certificate of analysis. If you want to know how something was made, you can ask the people who made it.

Powder production
We spray-dry MCT oil together with its carrier, acacia fibre or tapioca starch, in our own spray dryer. The emulsion meets warm air, the water evaporates and the carrier closes around tiny droplets of oil.
What comes out is a free-flowing powder of 70% MCT oil and 30% carrier, with no maltodextrin and no flow agents. It's sieved, tested and packed in lined 20 kg bags.

Filling and private label
For bulk, MCT oil goes into 190 kg drums, 950 kg IBC totes and 20 kg carboys. For private label, we fill it into 250, 500 and 750 ml glass bottles and cap and seal them.
Powders for private label are blended and filled into kraft stand-up pouches and kraft paper or HDPE canisters, from about 250 g to 1 kg, with a dosing spoon in every pack and your label on the front.

Quality control
Raw materials are checked when they arrive. Every batch is tested before it's packed, against the specification agreed for it, and the results go on its certificate of analysis.
We keep the batch records and a retained sample of every batch, so any question about a shipment has an answer. Our facility is HACCP and GHP certified, and Halal.

Packing and dispatch
Drums, IBCs, carboys and 20 kg kraft bags are palletised, wrapped and labelled with batch code, dates, origin and HS code, plus any labelling your market requires.
Every shipment leaves with its certificate of analysis and data sheets. We organise sea freight to your port, or hand over in Thailand.
